It's an Intuos 4. I asked for a nice moderately priced little Bamboo, since I was just starting out, but the gift-givers went and overdid it. You see why I definitely can't let this go to waste.
Thank you very much for the insight. I was getting a bit discouraged, but I'll keep with it. It does seem like it's really convenient when you get a good handle on it, and if any of the art I've seen from you was made on a tablet, it's pretty evident that you can get quality out of it just fine.
I'm just wondering if you have any tips or tricks for someone transferring from pencil and paper to a tablet for the first time. I just recently got one, and I'm having a bit of trouble acclimating. I'm wondering, is it just a matter of practice?
