Umm... Buffalo NY sucks too... cold winters, hot stuffy summers. Living on Lake Erie might seem like a blessing but in the Winter and Summer I'm wishing I didn't.
Spring and Fall are the best time of year, especially spring because of all the warm rain
We have all those creepy forests and shit too when it's cold.
EDIT: Lym, New England is in Massachusetts.
LET'S MAKE A GEOGRAPHY LESSON!
Massachusetts is in New England. New England is a group of states; Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, and Connecticut. I live in Massachusetts and Rhode Island equally.
Any kind of rain is good. Light rain, cold rain, hot rain, blowing rain. I can stand in it and just go to a happy place. Provided I don't get hit by lightning

I HATE the stupid light sideways-esque rain we get here. I prefer a good 'ole torrential downpour.
I like walking in the rain, it's quite nice aha and like others have said it is nice to listen to when you sleep. I tend to open my window if it's raining when I go to bed so I can here it better [as long as it's not heavy and blowing in my window]
