Stella vs. Stella!?

First off, No this is not new information.
I just found these two same, but different photos of Stella to be interesting.
one was taking directly from the Trailer in HD the other was found on IGN it has even superior quality (and can be found on other sites). The images are intriguing because her face seems to have been modified. The best way to put is that she looks more Asian on the trailer version, Stella eyes have more of slant (on the left image). And the right image is more curved. Also the text does not appear that early in the trailer. This all could be changes in quality but it still seems off to me, and if that is so I'll be surprised because she looks better in low quality to me then...

I also recall someone bringing up that Noctis eye color has changed from brown to blue, While he is neutral. Something similar was said about Yuna's Face too.

Yea this was shown around TGS 2009 I think. Apparently to show they polished the in-game character models even further.

I see what you mean. I am assuming the the picture on the left could be from the DK3713 trailer, and the one on the right is from the demo trailer. IMO, I prefer the picture on the right because the quality is better in that trailer. So, I'm thinking that the Stella on the right is how she is supposed to look like. Since the Versus team had more time to develop the characters.

But who knows, maybe in the final version she might not even look similar to the two pictures you posted.

The Final version probably won't be much different aside from lighting (if what Nomura claims is true).

Who knows where they could be by now though.

Actually this can't be from the DK3713 trailer, since it ended with her turning around. So I'm guessing that the pic on the right is caused by what method IGN used to capture the video.

Yea it's not from the DK3713 trailer (that was back in 2008). It's from the FFVII:ACC trailer.
This is a direct feed screenshot, the only HD screenshots of Versus XIII SE release thus far.

I'm really interested to know how the models look now, and what they'll look like at day, not to mention wearing their normal (newly designed) clothes.
The reports of the Jump Festa '10 trailer sounded very promising anyways, it's a shame they didn't release any screens of it.

Four screenshots were released sometime in 2009 showing a more polished version of the meeting between Stella and Noctis.
Those screenshot were the same of the ones released back in 2008, albeit in a smaller definition and less polished quality.

Anyways, so E3 really didn't have anything on Versus. I just need some more
footage before I like this game. I want to like it but Nomura can't even direct himself out of a plastic bag....

Yes, but we know nothing about what they are in the game, and also we didnt know what place where the party, so as far as we know and by judging of this, that could be a dark party

I also went back to view those HD screenshots and noticed in the other image Stella's facial feature's were back to how they looked in the ACC trailer with the slanted eye's, Only the lighting is different. I'm just going to presume that the first IGN image I showed is an "off/incorrect" image of Stella. Guessing that Falsate is right about Nomura saying only the lighting is going be changed. Too bad we didn't get more images with the new info we just received...
