Versus in 2010?

Anyone think it's actually going to happen? I hear people saying things like U.S. is going to get it by the end of the year, and I scoff.

I think 2011 would be damn lucky.

I'd say so... I'd even go as far to say it may come out in 2010, since well... You know, production started at the same time as XIII for the PS3, they've been working side by side ever since.

And with the XIII team having a bit of spare time on their hands now, they may as well help their fellow SE colleagues.

I don't remember if Versus is gonna have a simultaneous worldwide release. If it has, no; if it hasn't, surely no for NA(let alone EU).
Definitely not hitting western shelves this year.

Btw I thought we had done speculating this two yeas ago

hmm, i have been on the site a long while, i haven't really ever replied to any thread or made a thread myself besides maybe one other one. But i hope to god no one from ffxiii comes over to corrupt ffvxiii. of course this is a completely selfish desire however ffvxiii has truly been what ive been waiting for on the ps3.

One would only hope for it to come out this year, but i doubt it, they want to make ffxiii as big as possible this year and something tells me that ffvxiii would steal the show. Maybe next year hopefully, knowing nomura though itll be worth the wait.

Change the thread title to Versus in 2011!

$quare doesn't want Versus to steal the show this year, well, maybe at E3.

I'm thinking SE will release FFVXIII between late next year and early 2013. Versus looks like it's going to be the better game in the end.

since there done with all the kingdom hearts games and ff13 the versus team will have alot of time now to work on versus 13 and I remember them saying the development is only gonna take 1/3 of the time ff13 took

I think they said character models development took 1/3 of the time used for XIII's, because XIII team helped/shared their knowledge after finishing XIII models.

yeah now I remember but still its probably gonna come out either late this year or early next year in japan now since there done with the kingdom hearts game they have more time on there hands
