I think you guys are overanalyzing this! Look at the other logos for the other Fantasies, they rarely have something to do with the game story and underlying mythology.
...let me clarify that, they have to do with the games story but in a very shallow way.
And by that I mean they just have one character or the world it takes place on, it hardly ever goes deeper then that.

It was originally a nipple on what looked like a female breast. Then it turned into a rainbow clitoris, which turned into an IP search which turned into a ban for multiple accounts. And, of course, highly inappropriate avatar content, which has now been removed.
Usually, someone would dupe and deliberately tempt the fates with nipples and cliterides because they'd already be banned. Not in this case, however, so I'm curious. Slightly. Not enough to let them go gallivanting about.
