They seem to be Europe/PAL exclusive. Given S-E's recent history, I wouldn't expect that to change. Not so conflicted anymore. Will get the standard because I'm not here for importing.

Final Fantasy XIII and the Dissidias say hi. Final Fantasy IV Complete Collection and 3rd Birthday are popping in to say hello as well. S-E special editions being PAL exclusive is hardly new.

The novella was originally released with the international version of FFXIII. It basically sets up the events for XIII-2. As for the steelcase, it's a pre order bonus. If you pre order it, you'll get it.
